( I guess if I ever break t he law, I'd better do it in Illinois!
Homeless people should have it so good!)
Once again the taxpayer gets stung.

It also shows that in most cases the quality of life for prisoners has improved considerably from what you might expect.
And I always thought prison was for punishment.!!!!!

Did you folks now that crimials on death row have access to computers?
I guess their access is limited but still, what a luxury..

Seems homeless ppl have it rougher than criminals. Just doesn't make any sense.

I was pretty sure I had seen similar pics of prisons previously, but I was probably thinking of Sweden.

Chicago may be an abyss of tax dollars, Cook County now taxing everyone out of reality, but one thing they wouldn't do in the city that invented the "tune-up" is build a joint like that. Go check out 2600 California (address of Cook County Lockup) sometime if you want the real Cook County lockup. It's very brutal there.

Hint: always "snopes" it first
