I found an old football field from a high school ,but that field was changed around a lot by machinery. I tried it, but didn’t get much. I went on top maps and looked at 1960 view of it and actually found a little area that looks like a lunch area beside one of the buildings that were no longer there that had a big tree found the stump. look what I found .
1930 flying eagle Quarter,1951 quarter,2x 1920 and one 1945 mercury dime, 1953 Canadian dime,1959 dime 1958,64 nickel , 1940 and 53 wheaties penny,
In one hour ….love it . next time I bring my shovel my little hand trial. It was having a hard time in that dirt and it looked like to Me ,most times coins were 6 inches to 9 inches so hard digging had lots of signals that I did not go after because it was just a little too deep. For the tools I had .lol I guess pic’s later no wi-fi-only cell and it don’t want to work with downloads I guess . It’s a cool pic I have not got that much silver in a long time.

lol I kinda think I found the silver the deus 2 just helped tell where to dig .butt and it’s a big butt sorry Mike ROBERTSON Obama, the deus 2 is cool ,I still need a Manacore ,and sdc2300 ,in the old days that would mean a month on the beach serious looking and I could buy both ..lol there’s no beaches in Idaho.

The 41 Mercury dime and the flying eagle Quarter standing liberty whatever was only about an inch under the ground. The other ones were 6 to 9 inches down.

You REALLY DID OUTSTANDING :) Congrats

Nice finds, thats a nice batch of silver. I like that Standing Liberty Quarter, that thing is in excellent condition. It's pretty tough to find those coins with dates on them.
