i think it is a masonic token. the swastika was a good luck sign untill hitler used it for the nazi parties symbol. i think the all seeing eye is a masonic symbol.cool find!

Whoa! Tony, you scooped me... way to go!

Some sources indicate that it may have been sold or given away as a souvenir at the Century of Progress Exposition (world's fair) held in Chicago in 1933. Others suggest that it was used as a magician's token, for performing tricks and tossing to audience members. I can remember when these tokens were available for maybe $5-10, but lately the prices have been in the $30-50 range. Here are a couple of links with more info and prices:
