Does this look legit?

Am considering buying this coin from someone who responded to a Craiglist ad I posted looking for coins.

The attached picture is the best I have. Look at the seven stars on the left hand side. Do they look out of line? Does the middle star look especially out of line and farther from the rim than the other stars? Anything else look off? The PCGS number checks out.
