The DOJ is looking for a government leak. Newsflash, congress is part of the government. I'm sure that was left out of the narrative repeated by the right wing hit squad. But you can look it up.

Here is another newsflash - leaking classified government information is a crime. Aren't you all for finding the bad guys? or Only hanging dems?

BTW, beyond the whackadoodle crowd Ann Coulter has no cred. She has lost all mainstream appeal. She's pretty much a laughing stock. Anyone who quotes her IDs themselves as, well, you know, uninformed.

I am all for exposing any government agencies that violate the law.... What is the best way to hide illegal activies commited by government, classify them secret.....

But to be polite: My best guess would be that the investigation isn't leading them to those people.

Unlike you, I'm all for them following the trail where ever it leads. it if strings up a dem or lib in the gill net, I'm all for it.

The real bad guys got a pass on lying about WMDs. We went to war over that one. That only cost what, a quarter million lives?

BTW, TH, do you think our government had something to do with Kennedy's assasination? I beleive there was a conspiracy, but kennedy had so many enemies hard to finger just who it was. Russians, castro, or the mob. I pick the mob. They have bigger balls than castro and the Russians combined. They had the motive and the means.

On hiding illegal gov't activity, I'm not sold that a center fuel tank explosion brought down TWA 800. The combo of intial witness reports of an asending trails of light, unidentified vessels that failed to respond to radio or change course to assist rescue and the NTSBs own inconclusive listing as probable, not absolute in the theory of a center fuel tank explosion. Add to that the FBI taking over the investigation from the outset, declaration of an exteme biohazzard to keep everyone but the navy from the wreckage, TWA's own investigators claiming they found rocket fuel propellent residue, The navys' best deep sea salvage vessels just so happen to be in the general vicinity, and we have the makngs of a real live government coverup.

Of course there is the why? Why would we shoot down an airliner? Accident? Iran? Your guess is as good as any.
