Hi all,

Part of the enjoyment of our hobby is sharing cool finds for other people to enjoy. We began a family group of detectorists (me, my brother and my son) and get permissions to hunt historic areas of our town. Here are two displays we donated within the last 4 months to an organization called Historic Florissant Inc. The displays are a result of many hours of hunting old properties and were presented to the President of the organization. They are available for public viewing at the historic Gittemeier House in Florissant, MO.

Great job!!! Way to represent:icon_thumleft:

Nice! And kudos to you for sharing your finds.
I live in O'fallon, MO so it looks like I need to check out those displays!
As an aside, the first girl I ever kissed was Amy Gittemeier when I was in 1st grade. My schoolmates teased me for years. I wonder if there's a connection?

I bet there is! Thanks for sharing!

Good job. There is never a price that can be put on this kind of community sharing. Great post !
