Don't know this is. Can someone help me?

I need help on figuring out what this item is. It has an eagle on it and says W.W & Co. Just wondering what this is. Please help me if you know what this is. -Thanks, TheButtonKing

It's the keyhole cover from a William Wilcox padlock.
