It looks like it may be overturned with pressure from The Detecting Rights Task Force, FMDAC, and others. If it isn't, all the detectorist in that area should bring in all their pull tab, bottle caps, rusty nails, trash, etc and drop them off at city hall!

Gosh, such a pain! Why don't they just impose a fine when they find a MD'er leaving a mess (not leaving the ground the way they find it). Think of the money they can bring to the town - think of the education our fellow MD'ers will get by leaving a mess. Why do our leader's have to go friggn' nuts all the time. Such a shame...
