because of the bad weather and the cold? i guess im starting to buy coins. and do some serious researching...

I am sorry that most of you have to wait out the winter. Makes for a long dry spell in MD. I live in the lower part of ARIZONA and the winter is the best time to hunt. It is cooler and not many people out and about. I do a lot of detecting on the dirt roads out here. Most of the roads out in the desert are not paved and I have found lots of stuff. You all have a good rest this winter and I am sure you will be ready for the spring Hunts. Happy Hunting
