Double door vintage floor safe

Found this safe on Marketplace for $25. Trying to identify it. I have combination for both doors. I have never seen a safe like this with two doors with combination locks on both doors. Anyone have any info regarding why, maker, collectibility? Thank you!

Its a mining metals safe... by the size i would say gold was stored in this.

Now if it was listed on flea-bay
You would be paying $250.00 (which is still a great price)
BUT: Shipping will be $2500.00.......(knowing the bay shipping rates I might of left a zero out of that)
