........bait maybe..... I really like those sun up pictures you’ve been making.
I found a carp “canning” recipe, preserve in a mason jar and pressure cooker from my grandmas old stuff.
No better time to try than when your catching a bunch.

What a nice peaceful day you had !! Great pics Chris.

I just enjoy hitting the river early(like today)I sure hope I get the BIG one today bart,I definitely will take pics!

Get em chris...good luck !!

Few things more rewarding than being on the water as the sun is rising through the trees. Dragon flies are pretty cool insects. We have black and purple ones around here. Super iridescent. Cool bugs.

I've got a great Carp recipe. Soak a cedar board in water, grill the fish on the board for 20 minutes. Throw away the fish & eat the board!

Did you know dragon flies have a 95% success kill rate, most effective predictor in the animal world.

I don't know about % kill rate, but they do consume plenty of mosquitoes. Very beneficial insect.

And nice pics!

I've had a pair of fly eyes drop on me setting out back more than once, not much of an escape from those predators.

Good luck on your next time fishing and maybe you will haul in a state record..Your sunrise pictures are very beautiful and hope to visit Massachusetts soon again..Enjoyed the dragon fly pictures and information on them

here I have about the same odds of a dragon fly landing on me, as I do a kangaroo.

even think about walking over to a dragon fly, and it will take off.

I used to wonder if they sting.
that's how little experience I've had with them.
other then seeing them
