Dredger fined recently for dredging

At last week miners bash, there was mention of someone who was stopped from dredging by F&G. The story goes that he had the court order in his hand and showed it to theF&G guys but they ignored it and cited him any way.
Does anyone have the particulars on this? was his stuff taken? Are we going to support him in his case?
Just looking for particulars, or even to find out if it is true.

If it's true he'll be mining fish and games pockets. It's going to be just like when we got ar-15s back in california. Confiscations and felony arrests were happening far to often. Wasn't until law enforcement agencies started paying big time for their f ups and it has all pretty much stopped.
