drilled or no?

I just can't make up my mind...drilled pendant or no? The material and size are right the area but that hole is iffy. Anyone?

The hole doesn't look drilled to me. It should be tapered and uniformly round. I would say natural. Sorry.

I say natural as well. The stone looks completely unaltered and the hole doesn't look drilled.
