DRYWASHING CLUBS

I would appreciate any informartion on drywashing clubs, or individuals who drywash and need a partner. I am finishing my own design and will be ready to drywash this spring/summer/fall. I live in FL and location is not critical: AZ, CA, UT....you name it. Timing is also not critical. I leave when I want to. Any information is gratefully appreciated.

I don't know of a prospecting club for just Drywashing , I think any prospecting club in the southwest has drywashers but remember you might need a vacuum , & metal detector , pans , clean up sluice , Clubs are always ready to help new prospectors & most have access to claims .

You don't want to go to Arizona in the summer or fall. Too hot and too many snakes. Several clubs in Arizona.

Arizona desert prospecting is best done between November and the first part of April or maybe at night.

I'm not a member of big bug club, but i do know they have some good claims. higher desert, a bit cooler. you would really need a 4x4 or quad.
some of the claims are hard to get to.


as xracer550 points out a vacuum would be very helpful. i have given up on building gas vacuums.
i bought a generator and a shop vac. the generator is also kind of nice when camping.

post up some pictures of your drywasher. would like to see your design.
