Dual Field Parts Query

I purchased my White's detector back in October of 2010. To this day, still, no white's website lists the "O" ring I require, White's Part Number 527-0040. Why, why, why? Do you have to call (long distance of course) and personally request one? Do they only hire part-time webmasters? Sorry if I sound crass but I've done a lot of dirt fishing with this unit and before I die it would be nice if (with a new o ring) I could someday take it to the beach and get it wet for the first time in its' life without worrying about water seeping in and trashing it.

Seems once they start leaking ,It will become a habit . (My Dual field ,has yet to leak but my similar PI Pro just leaks no matter how new the orange gasket)
