How big? In the first pic, I thought it was a Peltier MCS but the second pic shows it isn't. If you take a pic of each pole closely (where the colors are cut off) we might be able to tell for sure, but with these 2 pics I'm thinking it could be an Akro.

I'd say it's an Akro shooter. I think it's a lazy corkscrew. Too bad it has that hit mark on it, but still a nice marble!
 

Not an expert here but would agree with Cheese. Kept my marble collection from the 60's to 70's when I loved playing marbles at school. Don't even know if kids do that anymore at recess time. If you don't have too many flea marks (small minute marks) would still make a nice display on a marble stand with the large nick facing down into the stand. Nice find!
