This large badge is made of copper and features a winged clog design with the letters JWB (or maybe it's JBW as the W is larger). The back has a simple pin mechanism and is stamped "90".
It looks similar in construction to some WW2 era badges I came upon, one of which had a similarly struck number on the back as well. But I really have no idea...perhaps it's for a shoe company. Any thoughts appreciated!
