Help Please would like to know how much this is I dont think it is a coin but I dont know how to word it to say its not a coin I Got it at the goodwill just cause i wanted to know what it was Cause i have never seen anything like it.

Watch out also for imitations. Red's medal is probably an unofficial copy, since the true Eisenhower medal is dated 1953, while Red's is dated 1955. Imitations are worth very little.
