It must have been a busy weekend at Huntington Beach because there was no shortage of targets. Items are from a three hour hunt early this Monday morning. What I find interesting is that I found two rings within 12" of each other that are exactly the same. The photo shows where I laid the rings on the sand about the distance apart they were found. They are both unmarked and I have not tested them yet.

Thanks for Looking - HH

Hope they are 14k!

Nice hunt! Hope the rings turn out gold, they look pretty good in the pic.

Double the luck hope it's gold for you!

Very interesting, SCBS! That must have been a surprise; I hope that they are gold...they sure look it.

Is that cross a gold earring?

Well, the verdict is in on the rings. Unless they are 10k gold, which 10k acid is useless because most every metal passes a 10k acid test.

I'm thinking they are some mixture of a brass that has no trace of iron in it because they are non-magnetic.

Anyway, they look pretty decent and this was a first for me finding two rings within inches of each other, let alone, being the exact same ring and ring size. My guess is that she had both rings on the same finger.
