heat 1 cup butter,1 cup hot sauce,3 tbl lime juice,2-3 cloves crushed garlic,1 tea crushed ginger,bring 2 boil and let it cool,pour over wings.soak however many wooden skewers you'll need per wings in water.u can do this anywhere from 3-4 hours to 24 ahead of time.skewer wings from drum 2 wing tip and grill about 10 per side depending in grill.i like a gorganzola dipping sauce,4 oz gorganzola cheese mashed thru a stainer,1 cup sour cream,1 cup mayo.1/2 small onion chopped fine,salt and pepper to taste.seave with your choice of veggie(celery,baby carrots,cucummber)enjoy.
