East of Springfield: We know there's a cache... need a local mentor!

Hi all, I'm brand new here, and new to detecting.
Here's the challenge... we know there are cash caches on our property because some were found by the previous owner. The rumor is of at least 2 more.
I don't know much about detecting yet, or what sort of equipment I should be using. I'm looking to connect with someone local-ish who can help me figure out what kind of equipment I should be investing in to start hunting down the other caches, given our conditions and what we know about the previous caches.
Anyone east of Springfield, MO?
