East Tenn new guy

Hello all,

My name is Tim, a firefighter, married with two boys from East Tennessee. No experiance with detecting. Trying to educate myself before buying. Reading here to pick my first detector and have gotten great info from you guys already. Hope to make friends to network with in the future in my area. Leaning toward the Fisher F2 or the Ace 250. Maybe a level better if funds allow.
