Is it safe to eat the fish out of the Indian River in New Smyrna Beach Florida and the fish caught at the beach out in the surf help me out people let me know give me some info

I fish there, i fish close to where it emptys into atlantic and eat the snapper, pompano, drum, grouper and spanish mackerel when legal to keep.
