Is it safe to eat the fish out of the Indian River in New Smyrna Beach Florida and the fish caught at the beach out in the surf help me out people let me know give me some info

Hope so, I have been eating them for years, I fish the Indian river near Hwy 44 bridge. I fish there close to where it emptys into the atlantic and I eat the snapper, pompano, drum, grouper, and spanish mackerel when caught and legal.
