More good information. I've never had to reply to feedback yet, but then again I'd probably only do it if I received negative or neutral remarks. I hopefully won't and shouldn't receive anything less than positive feedback, but in the event that I do I will issue an apology. I've seen events where buyers were too quick to leave feedback before attempting to communicate with the seller for a solution. In the event that happens to me, I'm sure something along those lines will be posted.

Does anyone respond to positive feedback? It may be overdoing it if I already thank the buyer in the feedback I leave them. Perhaps something like "I appreciate the feedback & look forward to doing business with you again!" could add a more personal touch.
 

Would it be ethical to list all of the people we block on Ebay?
