Too bad eBay won't send a message to all the people that bought stuff this week though. I can't imagine anyways. Unless maybe they have something on their website when they go to sign on but I doubt it.

The bulk shipping page / option has worked all day (for me at least). I am not sure how you get it other than going the the small bell icon at the top of the page, and clicking "Ship Now" on an item it shows. There probably is a way to get to it through My Ebay as well.

I was able to print them eventually, just had to wait like 3 minutes after clicking for it to load. Never timed out.
