EBay One Time Payment issues

I like to pay as I go, meaning I pay my sellers fee after each sale using the ONE TIME PAYMENT feature. This has worked great for me for years, but about a week ago, the ONE TIME PAYMENT page changed to a new page that simply will not work. Has anyone else experienced issues with this feature? I was going to call ebay to see if it was something they were aware of, but just couldn't bring myself to be bothered, figuring they would fix it soon enough, but it's been a week now

Not that, but when I print a packing list to put in with each order it no longer has any pricing or totals.
I called customer service and some Filipino lady could not help. Could not understand her either.
She said (I think) she would have an American call me today, or tomorrow or the next day.
Well it has been over a week and no call.

Great customer service or she just deleted my conversation after I hung up.

But I have received three emails from ebay asking how my experience was. I fill out everyone and still no one has called back.

Call again and ask for the eBay concierge service. US based, and extremely helpful!
