Ecstasy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 cup Sugar, 1/2 cup Crisco, 2 well beaten Eggs, 1/4 cup Milk, 1&1/2 cups Flour, 1tsp ea. Cinnamon & Baking Soda, 1 cup Raisins, &
1&2/3 cup of Oatmeal.
Preheat Oven to 350.
Wash Raisins in hot water & drain. Cream Shortening w/ Sugar, add Eggs & Milk. Combine w/Oatmeal & Raisins. Mix Well, add Dry Ingredients & beat throughly. Drop by Spoonfuls on Greased Cookie Sheet. Bake 12 min. @ 350 degrees.

p.s. Butter or other SOLID shortening may be used. (watch oven closely tho!) NO BEAR GREASE PLEASE!
