Hello, my name is Randy Vittoz and I am an amateur treasure hunter. My work centers around Eden Park in Cincinnati Ohio. I have been working on a cipher that was found in Cincinnati in 1889 and the find was published in the Cincinnati Commercial Gazet. I will post more on this subject in the near future.
