The Arroyo Colorado flooded recently my husband and I found this while walking by the Arroyo Colorado.

Jthrasher,

First off WELCOME

I'm also in the natural camp.
Native American artifacts will have chipping tool marks of some sort.
Your piece has a natural tumbled look.
Cool find and will look good in the rock garden.
