This item is about 1 and 1/2 inches long and 5/8 inches wide. decorative and it looks like it has an Egyptian cartouche on one side. What is it?

I forgot to mention that Side 2 picture shows a groove on the top portion of the picture as if maybe a blade would be inserted.

Edited: I didn't see the decoration on yours at first, so that probably rules out a cleaning rod.
