The pasture across the road is 14 acres. One of many on the Hereford farm. A hayfield is normally cut 3 times, depending on the rain. First cutting is the best, around Memorial Day. Right now it’s ready for the second cut. Lucky for these cows there won’t be any more cuts. They take good care of the cows. I’ve watched their operation for over 30 yrs.

You can see a band of blue. That’s alfalfa blooming right now. The cows are in heaven!🥰
