That lower right item is curious. I was going to say it was a drain spud or screen but you can see the taper on the holes for a screw to seat on it. SO I think it was designed to screw to wood. Maybe in multiples for a boot scrapper? I really am not sure.

The lower right object looks like 1/2 of a cable connector. A U-bolt would go through the two holes to secure the cable.

We call them "Crosby Clamps" underground.....but that's what it is...a cable clamp.
