Eroded Beaches

Eroded beaches are to the north I am told.
So I jumped in my car on my quest for gold.
I grided north and grided south, in the water and back out.
3 hours and not one stinking piece of jewelry to brag about!

Hey we all have those days.
I have been out and after hours searching found one penny, which happened to be lying on the pavement next to my van, as I was packing up to leave.
The bad days help us enjoy the good days more.
