I don't know enough yet to know one from the other, this just caught my attention when I was working through a box.


The marks are aligned, so I would think it was a single event. There is no visible damage to the actual reeding, but the rim is marked/damaged. Not sure how much detail the pictures show.
Was an interesting box - two Rosie's, one of them a REALLY nice 1964D - looks like it never was circulated. Also a plastic toy dime (DEFINATELY thought that the counters would catch that) and 1966 Panama dime
