What is it-silver/gold?
Estate jewelry has a broad range of definition in describing an item, basically if any item that has been sold from a person that has passed away can fall under the classification.
Many sellers will use "Estate" to establish some sort of providence to embellish the said item to boost the value for resale.
In your case it didn't, and you benefited in the sale.
