Evening yard find.....SILVER

Spend about an hour hunting a yard. Two silvers ....'64 Roise and a '42 war nickel. Matchbox tow truck, some keys, a button and the typical junk. One neat find is a Lum & Abner weather prophet.

A Lum and Abner Weather Prophet, 1.5" tall brass badge with cut-out area at center holding piece litmus paper meant to turn blue in fair weather, pink in rainy weather or purple in cloudy weather from Horlick's Malted Milk, 1936.

We have Lum and Abner days here in Mena Arkansas first part of every June........I have seen a few of those weather devices over the years......neat to find something like that......congrats.......
