Ever heard the expression " A thin dime " ?

Well I found it today the most worn Mercury Ive found yet a 192? D comes with a slight bend and pretty thin. Joining it in the box was a much nicer condition 1964. Other box contained a lone 1957

I recently found a 1917 Merc.
It was so thin that at first I was sure it was a washer.

Scrooge McDuck carried a thin "#1 Dime". It was a 1875 Seated Liberty. He got it when he was 13 shining shoes in Glasgow, Scotland. He thought he had been gypped because you couldn't spend US money in Scotland. It became so thin after the years he used it to cut trough ropes when he was tied up by the Beagle Boys.
