Excalibur 2 Slimline coil problems

Is anybody aware of issues with the new slimline coil for the excalibur 2. As soon as my brand new excal coil touoches the water, the machine goes haywire. Take it out of the water and its fine. I am a sovereign user so I know its not normal. I heard on another forum that people have been sending them back left and right because of faulty coils.
Whats up with that?

A few members here are having the same trouble with the coils on the Excal II's.

Almost a year ago i bought my excall 2. Had it 4 hours sent it back an had them put the BBS on it. Problem solved. COTTON
