Excalibur all metal ?? Sandman..!!

Hi:
I have just read the Excalibur book by CJC and he mentions an all metal search mode. Can someone please tell me what the control dials need to be set at for this mode?

Sure.... Look at the DISC Knob, the Pinpoint position is the ALL Metal mode. In some locations this works well and is extreamly deep, but I don't like to dig bobby pins at 18" or more so I use DISC mode and set sens at just off AUTO or near 11'o clock. CJC wrote a few books on the Excal and Sov and they are required reading.
