Can anyone help or advise.
I was using an excalibur ii today diving on a reef.The area is littered with lots of old iron.
After breaking through an old iron plate there were shards of black iron everywhere.
I turned the discrimination up to max 17 and sensitivity down to 5.
Whilst sweeping back across the area I was getting a null across the iron but a very good medium to high tone in the region were I had broken through the iron sheet.
Bad weather was closing in on the reef so I had to leave without digging deeper. I am still a novice with identifying excalibur tones but would appreciate any advice.Thanks thetthe
