Anyone have any issues with having play between the Handel and the main shaft. Right underneath the unit. Mine moves on the end of each swing when I change directions. I also have the extra weight if the sunray pinpointer

Look under the black plastic lever. There is a red rubber piece that pushes against the metal shaft when you close the black lever. There should be a metal plate in it. These sometimes fall out.

Several other thing you can do if this is OK.

Paint the shaft or a single layer of thin tape. Makes it tighter in the shaft opening.

Can also add an additional shim on top of the existing metal shim I talked about above. Say the thickness of a soda can and super glue it in place. Will make the red rubber part grip better, more pressure on the shaft.
