explorer II coil question.

I have an explorer II with the stock coil and am wanting to try a larger coil ! any suggestions? thanks.

15 inch Wot coil from Coiltek is excellent I have one myself and have found targets at depths you wouldnt believe with it. It is also very sensitive and will pick up tiny targets as well. seeya Neilo

I've heard good things about the WOT, but I would also look at the "S.E.F coils" and the "Pro coil".

Got to remember the ExII is heavy. I have NO pinpointer attached to my EXPII. I use hand carry good pinpointer. The stock still rides very nice over the ground. The WOT is unbelievable great coil what a killer depth. But my shoulder is bad and the big coils can tire me quick. Think about your weight, but heck always nice to have any of the big coils, just don't hurt yourself. If you do just a little hunting with the big coil...my 2cents say WOT baby, but not constantly. Back off and recover a few days. But this is all me cause I got bad shoulder and knee.
