eyeballed this unusual coin yesterday pics

With school out for the holidays my wife and I cut across the elementary school playground on our walk to the post office. I always have picked up any coins that are on the ground but this one stopped me cold! A shiney gold 1$ coin right on the asphalt. Not exactly retirment money but it's already worth almost $3.00 on eBay. It's from the presidential sets that were released on Aug. 20 this year. Guess some 1st grader made his folks a bit unhappy by what he packed off to school and lost.
