F.W. Fitch barber bottle age?

I dug an F.W. Fitch bottle identical to this one in Independence, MO and it says "This bottle loaned by F.W. Fitch." in raised letters near the bottom of the bottle. Anyone know the approx. age? Thanks if you do.

what kind of top is on it ?Is it a screw cap, cork ? what?

Oh, yeah. Sorry. Cork top. The one pictured is a rubber cap, but bottle is the same.
