Silver rectangle is stamped "postage guaranteed, finders drop in any mailbox, Disabled American Veterans, Cincinnati, Ohio". No name or other info but I will ask my mailman about it tomorrow or drop it in a box. Fabric button looks vintage to me but I don't know much about buttons. Man made? or Machine done? Krinkle cut penny.
