I wouldn't call them fake, but they certainly aren't real... They are what most collectors recognize as geofacts or simply naturally made/broken/worn rocks. If you look at her completed sales, you see that some people choose to spend their money on those items.

To me fakes are items intentionally created and misrepresented as ancient, there is an intent to deceive involved.

That is my opinion.

The seller did have a nicely made hoe, completely flaked all over in her completed list. So they've found some items, but my guess is that some collectors simply "need" to find something for the investment of time. They haven't invested the time to find a site they can hunt, so they go to nearest piece of open ground or creek, and find "if you close your left eye, and turn your head, you can see the bird" artifacts.
