Fall is here

Lots of color for another day or two. Pretty good snow came in above treeline and may move down to us tonight. Still wildfire danger. This is the Ptarmigan fire over by
Silverthorne about 6 miles from us. The house that is lit up is closest to the fire and is a 7 million dollar property. Lots of air support and ground troops tackled the fire. Drove by this morning and it wasn't much of nothin now.

Oh yeah, your pics even look chilly. Nice shots. A lot of bad fires this year, all across the West. Tragic for some, a rejuvenation for the natural world.

Yeah TR we're gettin pretty good rain here. Snow moved down to about 9500ft. last night, above us. Peaks are lookin pretty wintery now and looks like fall colors are at their peak right now.
