I found a nice sliver 1959 dime today! My new detector is finding stuff my other one couldn't. Second silver for this month... two hunts ago I found a 1968 silver quarter. Yes! Yes! Yes! I also found this old cherry coke can that I want to know the age of. I threw it away because it will cut me and it's all torn up. But it's cool so I took pictures of it. I'd like to know the aproximate age if anyone knows. Thanks for lookin'!

NO!!!! Do you know what that thing was worth? At least in 5 cents in ME-VT-CT-MA-NY. Lol. Don’t forget to kiss the coin.

I never kiss my coins because I always have chapped, rough lips that might scratch the coin. Lol jk

Nice finds! I didn't realize Canadian quarters were still silver in 1968!! What year did Canada switch to clad coins??

I think the Coke can was 80's or 90's. nice silver

Thanks! 1969 is when there was no more silver. Some 1968 dimes and quarters are silver and some aren't. If they stick to a magnet then they are clad. If they dont then yay you have a silver! In 1967 all are silver.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!
