I got out hunting the wet and dry sand for 4 hours yesterday,and found very little.I found less than 50 cents in clad,but I also found a kind of unusual item.I think that it is the top to a "match safe",or case,with 2 coins attached to it.On one side is the bust of King George V. On the other side is the coin denomination,a 3 pence, and the date 1917.
The beaches are sanding in,so good finds are few.Thanks for looking.
